Some of the Graco line lays flat now, and I know the Chicco line lays flat. My suggestion is really to go to someplace like Toys R Us, or Burlington Coat factory and look around. Having said that, if you want to go cheapest then what you want to do is look for something like the Graco Duo Deluxe or a Chicco stroller or something you know lays flat on craigslist. People are always selling the travel system strollers. The stroller itself should be fairly cheap that way, then just get the matching car seat that will work with the stroller. For instance, if you find the Graco Duo Deluxe, doublecheck when you get there that it lays flat, pay $40 for it, then get a Graco car seat (any of which will work with the stroller.)
Having said that, there's no reason to limit yourself to a travel system. I'm not convinced they're a better buy. You can get the car seat now, wear your baby using a Moby Wrap, a homemade wrap, or a chest carrier, then in a few months when baby can sit up a bit you can get a stroller that doesn't lay flat and it will work fine.

Does anyone know where to buy a travel seat for a collectible baby doll online? Not like one of those kiddie baby doll travel seats, but one that looks realistic , but is made for baby dolls, collectible baby dolls.Like Graco brand. The real brands, just smaller and made for a doll

Try toys r us or walmart. I have seen the travel systems for dolls in both stores. They really look like the real thing. Also you may want to try a hobbie shop or an antique shop. They have some of the really unusaul stuff you just dont find in regular stores. Hope this helps you some
